How CoachSensai Connects to Your Organization
CoachSensai is designed to connect seamlessly to your existing tools, giving each team the context and insights they need to perform at their best.
Each team in your organization can have its own set of connections:
Jira Project/Board – Sensai learns about your team’s sprints, tasks, and progress, helping you stay aligned and deliver consistently.
Slack or Microsoft Teams Channel – Sensai joins your communication space to share meeting insights, prep and recap scripts, and respond to your team’s questions.
GitHub Repository – Sensai connects to your development work to surface progress, blockers, and changes that impact delivery.
Calendar Integration – Sensai syncs with your Outlook or Google Calendar to understand when your team meets, providing insights before and coaching afterward.
While Sensai can access multiple projects or channels, each team’s core intelligence currently focuses on one primary Jira board and meeting channel for maximum accuracy.

1. Private Chat – Your Personal AI Coach
What it is:
Your personal, confidential space to interact with Sensai directly — available under the Apps section in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
How it works:
Open CoachSensai under “Apps.”
Chat privately to ask about your work, team progress, or Agile best practices.
Example: “What tickets are assigned to me this sprint?”
Use History to review prior conversations or start a New Chat for a clean slate.
Think of this as your personal Agile assistant — ready to answer, guide, and coach one-on-one.
2. On-Demand – Quick Answers in Your Team Channel
What it is:
Ask Sensai questions directly in your team’s Slack or Teams channel. It understands the context of your project and conversation.
How it works:
Tag @sensai followed by your question.
Example: @sensai do we have a ticket about updating user permissions?
Sensai reads the current conversation for context — you don’t need to repeat details.
If you forget to tag it, simply send @sensai and it will catch up.
On-demand requests are perfect for quick insights, status checks, and progress updates — right where your team works.
3. Meetings – Smart Insights with Prep and Recap Scripts
What they are:
Sensai supports your team’s recurring ceremonies — standups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and more — by automatically delivering the right insights at the right time.
How they work:
Sensai connects to your team’s calendar to recognize scheduled ceremonies.
Before each meeting, it delivers a Prep Script with actionable insights to guide the discussion.
Afterward, it posts a Recap Script with coaching, decisions, and follow-ups to reinforce accountability and improvement.
